Aarohi Kumar

Aarohi joined Cohen LLP as a Junior Lawyer in June 2021 and is focused on residential real estate law, representing clients for purchases, sales, and refinances. Aarohi is devoted to helping her clients and will leave no stone unturned to meet their needs.

Aarohi obtained her J.D. from Bond University in 2018 and her Bachelor of Arts Honours in Law, Policy, and Government from Carleton University in 2014. She completed the Law Practice Program at Ryerson University and did her work placement in the legal department of Accor in 2020. She was called to the Bar in August 2020 and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.

Aarohi is active in the bar community as part of the Canadian Bar Association Women Lawyers Forum (CBA WLF) and actively promotes gender pay equity. Being involved with the CBA WLF has instilled in her a passion for social justice and equality.

When Aarohi is not focused on her client’s needs, she loves to travel, hike, and find new spots to eat in Toronto. She has surfed the waves in Australia, swam off the coast of Greece, and hang-glided in New Zealand.
