Vanessa Narsingh

Vanessa joined Cohen LLP as an Associate Lawyer in January 2018 and has been concentrating on real estate law, corporate and family law. Her primary role has been focused on assisting clients with their real estate or corporate transactions while developing and managing the family law practice section of the firm.

Vanessa is a tenacious advocate that is committed to helping her clients achieve a fair result. She prides herself in her commitment to exceeding client expectations. It is her ability to empathize with clients while going above and beyond that has led to returning clients and referrals.

Vanessa obtained her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto where she received the Gordon Cressy Leadership Award. She completed her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom in 2013. Vanessa completed the Law Practice Program at Ryerson University and did her work placement at another Real Estate Law Firm in Toronto. Vanessa was called to the Bar in June 2015 and she is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.

Vanessa is a passionate ‘foodie’ and is an avid world traveler. She has white-water rafted in the Costa Rican rapids, snorkeled in the Caribbean Sea and zip-lined in the Swiss Alps.
