Michael Klein

Michael is an Associate Lawyer at Cohen LLP, practicing residential real estate law. He articled at Cohen LLP in 2016 with a focus on real estate transactions. He is particularly knowledgeable about reviewing residential real estate documents such as condominium corporation documents and new condominium Agreements of Purchase and Sale. As a part of his work, Michael coordinates the logistics of the closing process for real estate purchase, sale, and refinance transactions.

Michael graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Arts with Honours with a focus on classical studies. He obtained his LL.B. at Oxford Brookes University, School of Law in Oxford, United Kingdom. Michael was called to the Bar in 2017 and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
