Stephanie Molinaro

Stephanie joined Stroud Cohen Law Office and Cohen LLP as an associate lawyer in January 2016 and has been concentrating on real estate law and corporate transactional matters. Her primary role has been focused on assisting clients with their residential and commercial real estate needs. Stephanie is also responsible for working closely with clients through their corporate needs including new corporations, asset and share purchase transactions, shareholder and partnership agreements and corporate reorganizations.

Stephanie is a Pickering native and has grown with the City since 1987. She graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Professional Writing. She obtained her J.D. from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law in 2013 and was called to the bar in 2014 when she became a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
